Responsibilities

• Handle Information Security related requests and incidents.
• Troubleshoot security related issues in frame of information management.
• Provide consultation to customers and within the IM team.• Contribute to internal and external projects where security is involved.

• Support security tools and platforms including data leakage prevention and endpoint security solutions.

• Identify security risks and weakness then make relevant recommendations.

• Deliver security awareness to users.

• Other tasks assigned by the security officer.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor degree, major in computer science, information technology or related field.• Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.• Certification: Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP) is a plus

• Broad experience and knowledge of modern security tools such as endpoint protection, Bitlocker, CASB, DLP, etc.

• Good knowledge of big data platform, ideally with Splunk.

• Programming skills are preferred (knowledge of JavaScript/Google AppScript, PowerShell and Python etc.)

• Familiarity with security frameworks and risk management methodologies

• Knowledge of patch management, firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems

• Familiarity with public key infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic protocols (e.g. SSL/ TLS)

• Familiarity with the general IT knowledge including modern windows/linux operation systems, network protocols, infrastructures, cloud computing platforms etc.

• Solid knowledge and proven experience of the following or similar products: Bitlocker, Splunk, McAfee ENS, EDR, Netscope, Forcepoint Websense DLP.

• An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability

• Outstanding communication and organization skills

• Decision-making skills

• Good written and oral English and Chinese skills.

• Able to work under pressure.
