职位描述
• Define project scopes, milestones, goals and deliverables following the established governance model.
• Manage and monitor project budget and procurement requirements
• Track project deliverables, manage, mitigate and report project risks and issues.
• Collaborate with the PMO, monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders.
• Manage, control and implement project changes via established processes.
• Perform project evaluation and assessment.
• Deliver security awareness to users.
• Other tasks assigned by the security officer.
任职条件
• Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Certification: Professional certification in security (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP) is a plus, certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of delivering projects that involve cross-functional teams and/or matrix organizations with responsibility for budget, scope and schedule.
• Hands on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, communications, procurement and organizational change management.
• Proven proficiency in both oral and written communications (including executive level presentations)
• Solid IT background and knowledge.
• An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability
• Decision-making skills
• Good written and oral English and Chinese skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
